About Us

Since 1997 The Family Support Centre has been providing Supervised Access Services for all residents of Leeds Grenville and Lanark County.

We provide trained staff and volunteers who are sensitive to the child's needs.  Volunteers are screened, complete orientation along with training sessions, and participate in ongoing supervision.

Confidentiality forms are signed by staff and volunteers ensuring that all information is kept confidential.  Client information is not shared between parents or to a third party without consent.

Supervised Access Services ensures the safety of all participants including the staff.  We strive to offer children the opportunity to have their special needs met and experience more positive, enhanced relationships with their parent and/or family members.

We are overseen by a Board of Directors who meet on a monthly basis.
